A weekend of pure relaxation in beautiful surroundings! The Lake District retreat includes meditation and yoga/Pilates sessions each day together with optional wellness/mindfulness tuition. In addition, 1:1 sessions with registered massage, Shiatsu and reflexology practitioners are available on request. Throughout the weekend there will be plenty of homemade vegetarian food to enjoy and lovely countryside to explore. This is a weekend of indulgence – a chance to fully relax in the peaceful surroundings with good company.
This is a weekend of raw food and a chance to reclaim your health & vitality. At the end of this retreat we guarantee you’ll feel lighter, healthier and calmer than you have for years. You’ll learn skills and techniques for cleansing, healing and transformation including juicing, raw food preparation, meditation and yoga. In addition, 1:1 sessions with registered massage, Shiatsu and reflexology practitioners are available on request.
The Quiet Mind Refresher is for past students during which you can refine and tweak your practice and enjoy developing your understanding among friends.
The session typically lasts 2-3 hours and will include revisiting the main teachings of the Quiet Mind course with an emphasis on the practical side of things.
The session is a wonderful way to rekindle your practice, have your questions answered and keep in touch with fellow Quiet Mind Students.
