"The Life Raft Quiet Mind course is one of the best things I have ever done and it is continuing to better my life in ways I never thought were possible!! I initially signed up because I was learning to drive and was finding it very stressful. My friend, who was also suffering with anxiety at the time, suggested we try meditation to see if we could improve our situations. Both of us decided to sign up for the Quiet Mind course at The Life Raft with Rob Plevin. As the programme progressed I began to realise that my anxiety around driving was just the tip of the iceberg. I'd been suppressing vast quantities of stress for years and hadn't realised to what extent. My whole approach to life was askew. Worrying about 'what ifs' and 'if onlys' and things beyond my control. Since completing the course there has been a massive change in me. Friends have noticed that I'm much calmer, more grounded, more positive and more accepting. Most importantly for me I've noticed my sleep has greatly improved. I'm less fatigued and my brain can function properly. Thank you! "
