Mindfulness Meditation in Schools & Colleges

Studies have shown that mediation can help with a range of problems in schools and colleges – for students it can help improve attainment, promote appropriate behaviour and develop coping skills to deal with anxiety and pressure. For staff it can provide the means to deal effectively with high levels of stress and fatigue.

The Quiet Mind for Teachers program has been created to help teachers and support staff deal with the unique stress & pressure of working in schools.

Benefits include:

  • Better mental health including less anxiety, less depression and generally better emotional wellbeing

We currently offer our Quiet Mind for Teachers program in the following formats:

Format #1: Quiet Mind for Teachers Online

Train at your convenience. This course consists of 8 weekly video/audio tutorials plus live Q and A Focus group meetings via online conference facility. On receipt of payment you will receive access details immediately and can start the course at your convenience.

Format #2: Twilight INSET

Classes run weekly (one evening per week for 8 weeks) in your school from 4pm – 6pm for a minimum of 12 staff and a maximum of 30.

PLEASE NOTE: The twilight series is ONLY available to schools in Cumbria and we have LIMITED availability for this training format. Early booking is essential.
