I'm looking forward to working with you during the upcoming Staff Resilience and Connecting with Students training sessions and rather than delivering a generic programme, I'd like to tailor the sessions to reflect the real experiences, challenges and priorities of you and your colleagues.

Your responses are completely anonymous and will only be used to help shape the training. I'll look for common themes rather than individual answers, ensuring the sessions are as practical, relevant and useful as possible.

The questionnaire is divided into two short sections:

Staff Resilience

These questions will help me understand the pressures staff are currently facing, what's helping people stay resilient, and where the training can provide the greatest benefit.

Connecting with Students

These questions focus on relationships with pupils, including the situations staff find most challenging and the areas where additional strategies or support would be most valuable.

NOTE: Anonymity and email addresses

Unfortunately, the online questionnaire platform requires an email address to be entered before the form can be submitted. This information will not be used, and I do not need or want to know who has completed the questionnaire.

To maintain your anonymity, please feel free to enter a made-up email address. The only information I'll see and use is your questionnaire responses, which will be reviewed anonymously to identify common themes across the staff team.
