Our 8-Week & 4-week mindfulness courses offer a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of mindfulness. These courses allow participants to fully integrate mindfulness into their daily working life and to experience the wide-ranging benefits.
Each session combines guided mindfulness practice, discussions around the practical application of mindfulness both at work and at home, and a theoretical exploration of the essential principles of mindfulness.
The preferred time scale for the full course is 8-weeks (1 x 2-hour session per week) as this allows optimum time to embed helpful new habits of thought and behaviour. The 4-week option (1 x 3 hour session per week) is offered where travel and work schedules are prohibitive.
