Install a Complete Client-Attraction System in Your Therapy Practice in 30 Days

Thanks for your interest in Fully Booked Therapist.

Rather than create a fancy sales page, I’ve put everything together here, in an un-fancy page, so you can have a read through clearly and decide whether it feels right for you.

The focus of the programme is pretty simple: to help you attract as many of the right clients as you want or need, consistently, without marketing taking over your life.

What “fully booked” means will obviously be different for everyone who reads this. You might need another 10 clients. You might already have a reasonably busy practice and just want another 3 or 4 to fill the gaps. You might want enough clients to leave employed work, increase your fees, stop worrying about quiet months, or simply feel that you have a bit more choice about who you work with.

Whatever your number is, that’s what we’re going to work towards.

There’s obviously a financial benefit to getting this right. If you charge £70 per session and have space for another 10 regular clients, filling those spaces could mean another £700 a week in revenue while those clients are attending.

But this isn’t about cramming as many people as possible into your diary or working so hard that you have no time to relax..

The aim is for you to have the practice you want — and a simple, reliable way of keeping it that way.

You don’t need to become a marketing expert to do that. You don’t need to be on every social media platform. You don’t need one of those complicated funnels that people talk about. And you definitely don’t need to spend every spare hour creating content…or reels… or stories… or any of that.

What you do need is to get a few important things right and then consistently do the small number of marketing activities most likely to work for you.

That’s what we’re going to build together.

The 3 Things Stopping You From Attracting Enough Clients

There are three big problems I see stopping good therapists from attracting enough clients consistently: You’re not focusing on your ideal clients, not enough of them are finding you, and your marketing is too random to give you a reliable flow of enquiries.

Here’s how we’ll tackle them.

Problem 1: Not focusing on the right clients

There are a lot of therapists out there.

And if you look at their websites and directory profiles, an awful lot of them say roughly the same things.

They’re qualified. They’re experienced. They offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space. They use an integrative approach tailored to the individual.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with any of that.

The problem is that it doesn’t necessarily help someone decide who to contact.

So the first thing we’re going to do is get really clear about your Market, Message, Media and Positioning.

First, we’ll work out who you particularly want to attract and what they’re looking for help with - your ideal clients.

I’m not going to force you into some ridiculously narrow niche or tell you that you can never work with anyone else. We’re simply going to give your marketing enough focus that the right person can recognise that you may be the right therapist for them.

Next, we’ll sort out your message.

We’ll get away from therapist language and start using more of the words your clients actually use to describe what they’re going through and what they want to change.

The aim is that when the right person reads your website or profile, they think:

“That’s me. This person understands what I’m struggling with.”

Then we’ll look at your positioning, pricing and offer.

Why might somebody choose you? What makes you particularly relevant to the people you want to help? How should you present what you do? What should you charge? And how do you communicate all of this without becoming pushy, salesy or pretending you’re something you’re not?

We’ll also deal with some of the stuff that can quietly get in the way of marketing a therapy practice — discomfort around promoting yourself, charging properly, putting yourself out there and thinking of yourself as both a therapist and a business owner.

Then we’ll take all of that and use it to improve the places prospective clients are already checking you out, particularly your website and directory profiles.

The result? Your marketing will make it much easier for the right prospective client to recognise themselves, understand how you can help and feel comfortable taking the next step.

Problem 2: Not enough of the right people are finding you

Once the foundations are right, we need people to actually see them.

This is where therapist marketing can become horribly confusing.

Should you be doing SEO? Google Ads? Instagram? Facebook? Networking? Blogging? Videos? Psychology Today? Workshops? Email marketing?

There are dozens of things you could do.

Luckily, you don’t need to do all of them.

We’ll start with what I call Get Found.

These are the places where somebody is already looking for a therapist, so we’ll make sure you’re giving yourself the best possible chance of being found and chosen.

We’ll look at your website and make sure it’s doing its job. We’ll work on the pages, copy, calls to action, trust and credibility, local SEO and the things that help Google and AI understand who you help and what you do.

If you work locally, we’ll sort out your Google Business Profile and I’ll give you my complete method for improving its visibility.

We’ll also look at your therapist directory profiles and make sure they’re doing more than simply listing your qualifications and telling people you offer a safe space.

Then we’ll move onto Client Attraction.

This is where we stop relying entirely on people finding you and start putting you in front of more of the right people.

We might look at referral partnerships, professional relationships, workshops, talks, networking, community organisations, content, email, social media, PR, lead generation or paid advertising.

There are around 20 different methods in the Client Attraction Strategy Library.

You are absolutely not going to need all 20.

We’ll work out which ones make most sense for your market, your personality, the time you have available and the kind of practice you want to build.

If you hate social media, I’m not going to tell you to become an influencer.

If your clients are unlikely to be looking for therapists on Instagram, we’ll use another method to reach them.

And if one or two simple referral relationships could potentially keep your diary full, I’d much rather help you build those than have you spend six tedious hours a week making social media content nobody particularly wants to see.

Once we’ve chosen your methods, you won’t have to work out how to implement them yourself.

You’ll have access to the Client Attraction Strategy Library, containing step-by-step guides, templates, scripts and examples for the individual methods.

So if referral partnerships should be one of your core strategies, go to the referral section and follow the process. If workshops make sense, use the workshop resources. If your directory profile needs work, use the profile builder. If Google is important for your practice, use the Google method.

The result? You’ll know where your next clients are most likely to come from and you’ll have practical ways of getting yourself in front of them.

Problem 3: Your marketing is too inconsistent

This is a big one. Because even when you know what works, marketing tends to disappear when life gets busy.

Your diary fills up, so marketing stops. Then, a few clients finish. The diary gets quieter. You start worrying. Marketing suddenly becomes urgent again.

You try a few things, hopefully some new clients arrive, you get busy and marketing stops.

And round and round, and up and down, we go.

What I want instead is for your marketing to become boringly predictable.

Not necessarily the results every single week — no marketing system can guarantee that — but what you do should be predictable.

We’ll track where your enquiries are coming from, which activities are producing clients and where things might be going wrong.

We don’t need 37 different metrics and a dashboard that looks like the control panel of a Boeing 747. We just need enough information to answer some fairly basic questions.

Are enough people finding you? Are they enquiring? Are those enquiries turning into clients? Where did those people come from? Which things are worth continuing? Which things need improving? And which things can we happily stop doing?

Then we’ll turn everything into your Fully Booked Marketing Plan.

This will be your manageable weekly, monthly and quarterly plan telling you what you’re doing, when you’re doing it and what you’re measuring.

The aim is that you no longer wake up on Monday thinking, “I really should do some marketing this week. What can I do?”

You’ll know exactly what needs doing. And ideally, it won’t be very much. Just a few systemised tasks that keep clients coming in.

I want us to find the smallest amount of marketing you need to do to keep your practice as full as you want it.

So how does Fully Booked Therapist actually work?

We’ll work together for 30 days through a combination of ready-to-access training and live Zoom calls.

As soon as you join, you’ll get access to member area.

On the day your cohort starts there will be a live onboarding Zoom call and you'll access to the Fully Booked Therapist learning pathway.

The learning pathway will take you through everything in the right order, in manageable chunks.

I don’t want you sitting through hours and hours of training. The point isn’t to consume the programme. The point is to implement it.

During the first part of the programme, we’ll concentrate on your mindset, market, message, media, positioning, pricing and then apply that to the key places where prospective clients look for therapists.

Then we’ll choose and start implementing some very powerful client-attraction methods in your Marketing Strategies Library.

During the final part, we’ll look at what’s happening, troubleshoot anything that isn’t working and turn everything into the personalised marketing system you’ll continue using after the programme.

You’ll have milestones to work towards as you go, so we can both see where you are and what needs doing next.

The Live Calls  - Therapist Marketing Club

As well as the training and resources, you’ll also have live support.

Two live group coaching and implementation sessions are included with your cohort. These are there for you to bring whatever you’re working on and get some help with it.

Bring your website. Bring your directory profile. Show me your message. Let’s look at the email you’re thinking of sending to referral partners. Bring your workshop idea, your advert, your offer or your marketing plan.

Or just turn up and say:

“Can you help me with this…?”

We’ll work it out.

You’ll also learn from what everyone else is doing. Somebody will ask a question about their website and you’ll realise yours has exactly the same problem. Somebody else will share something that’s started producing referrals and it might give you an idea for your own practice.

That’s one of the things I really like about doing this as a group.

After 30 days you can continue having access to 2 group calls every month as part of Therapist Marketing Club. These calls - and the other aspects of Therapist Marketing Club are charged at £47/month - you can won't be charged for this unless you choose to stay in the club.

The community

You’ll also be part of our private community throughout the 30 days, so you can ask questions, share things for feedback and get help between the live sessions.

This isn’t intended to become another enormous Facebook group where everyone shouts into the void.

I want it to be a working group of therapists who are actually building their practices.

People will be at different stages. Somebody might be working on their message while somebody else is further along and starting to get referrals from something they’ve implemented.

You get to see what other people are trying, what’s working and what they’re learning along the way.

And, importantly, you won’t be left on your own with a pile of videos and a password.

What's Working in the Real World?

The world of marketing is changing rapidly. New technologies, changing consumer behaviour, artificial intelligence and increasing competition mean that what worked brilliantly a year ago might not work nearly as well today.

And while some marketing principles remain timeless, the methods we use to reach people, build trust and turn enquiries into paying clients are constantly evolving.

That's why, every month, we're researching, testing and sharing fresh, practical ways to attract more enquiries, convert them into paying clients and grow a successful therapy practice.

We're looking beyond the therapy industry too. Some of the most effective marketing ideas come from completely different businesses and industries. A clever strategy used by a dentist, personal trainer, local retailer or professional service provider might be exactly what you need to attract your next five clients.

We'll be looking for what's actually working in the real world, rather than simply recycling the same old marketing advice.

You'll get:

  • New client attraction strategies – fresh ideas, emerging opportunities and practical approaches you can start using immediately, from local partnerships and referral systems to online visibility, community outreach and creative promotional campaigns.

  • Real-world examples and case studies – discover how successful therapists, small businesses and other service providers are attracting customers, generating enquiries and increasing bookings. We'll break down what they're doing, why it works and how you can adapt their strategies to your own practice.

  • Creative marketing ideas from outside the therapy world – we'll uncover clever, sometimes surprisingly simple approaches that other businesses are using and explore how to translate them into ethical, effective therapist marketing.

  • What's changing and what's working now – stay informed about emerging opportunities, new platforms, changes in search behaviour, AI and other developments that could affect how potential clients find and choose a therapist.

  • Practical implementation ideas – rather than leaving you with a collection of interesting theories, we'll focus on specific actions you can take, often without spending a fortune on advertising or technology.

The aim is to give you a continuing source of fresh, proven and promising marketing ideas so that your practice can keep growing, even as the world around us changes.

BONUSES

You’ll also get my complete Google Business Profile Ranking Method, taking you through the process I use to improve the local visibility of a therapy practice.

And you’ll get How to Write an Authority-Building Book in 2 Weeks or Less.

A book won’t be the right marketing strategy for everyone. But for some therapists it can be incredibly useful. It can establish expertise around a particular problem, give referral partners something tangible to recommend, open doors to talks and publicity and give prospective clients another way of getting to know you before contacting you.

If it makes sense for your practice, I’ll show you how to create one without disappearing for three years to write it.

Again, you don't have to do all of this stuff.

We'll work out what makes sense for your practice and concentrate on that.

Who is Fully Booked Therapist for?

This will work best if you’re already a qualified therapist of any kind, counsellor, psychotherapist or similar practitioner and you’re either in private practice or genuinely ready to build one.

You don’t need to be good at marketing and you certainly don’t need to enjoy it. But you will need to do a little bit of work.

Ideally you need to be able to put aside at least an hour a week — plus an hour or two for the live calls if you choose to attend them — during the 30 days. Some weeks you may need less and occasionally you may want to do more, particularly if you’re working on something substantial like your website.

You should get that time back in spades by the end of the programme though. Think of the time you currently waste either worrying about what you should be doing to market your practice, or trying things that lead nowhere.

By the end of the programme, the aim is for all that uncertainty to have gone. You’ll have a clear, easy-to-follow system for bringing in the clients you need without spending half your working week on, or worrying about, marketing. You’ll know what works for you, what you need to do, and exactly how to do it.

And once it’s set up, the aim is to keep your practice as full as you want it with the minimum amount of marketing necessary.

But this certainly isn’t a passive course. If you buy it, have a quick look through some of the material and then wait for clients to magically appear, we’re both going to be disappointed.

I’ll bring the strategy, training, resources, feedback and support. You just need to bring an hour or two a week and be prepared to actually do the work.

If you’re happy with that, I think we can get a lot done in 30 days.

How many people can join?

I'm keeping the group small. I'm limiting this first intake to just 8 people.

You'll have the training and resources to work through in your own time, but a big part of the programme is being able to bring your website, message, directory profile, marketing ideas or whatever you're working on to the live calls and actually get my help with them.

I don't want those sessions turning into webinars with 50 people sitting quietly in the background while a handful of people get all the attention.

So once the 8 places have gone, I'll close enrolment until there's room to bring more people in.

The investment

The investment for Fully Booked Therapist is £397 for the complete 30-day programme.

For that you get:

  • The complete 30-day Fully Booked Therapist programme
  • The Fully Booked learning and implementation pathway
  • The complete Client Attraction Strategy Library
  • Templates, scripts, examples and implementation guides
  • Two live group coaching and implementation sessions
  • 30 days in the private Fully Booked Therapist community
  • The Google Business Profile Ranking Method
  • The Authority-Building Book training - Write a Book in 14 Days

But I don’t particularly want you deciding whether £397 is good value by adding up a pretend value for all this..

The real question is:

Can we build a marketing system that makes a meaningful difference to your practice?

If you’re charging £70 per session, for example, and your clients stay on average for 5 sessions, one additional regular client is worth £350. Five additional clients would be worth £1750.

Your numbers obviously may be completely different but you get the idea.

I’m not promising that you’ll get 5 clients, 10 clients or any particular financial return. There are too many things I can’t control for me to make a promise like that.

What I am saying is that attracting even a relatively small number of additional regular clients can make a meaningful difference to a private practice.

And more importantly, we’re not trying to create a short burst of enquiries that disappears as soon as the programme ends.

We’re building a system you can keep using month after month, year after year.

Try it properly for 30 days

I want you to be able to join without worrying that you’re taking an £397 gamble.

So here's what we'll do.

Join Fully Booked Therapist and actually use it.

Come into the programme. Work through the pathway. Use the resources. Come to the live sessions. Ask questions. Start putting your marketing in place.

Give it a proper go.

If, at any time within those 30 days, you decide Fully Booked Therapist hasn’t provided the help and support you hoped it would, just let me know and I'll refund what you've paid.

No hoops. No awkward conversation where I try to persuade you to stay.

If it's not right for you, it's not right for you.

I'd much rather have people in the programme who genuinely want to be there.

Best case / worst case

Best case: Over the next 30 days we get clear about the clients you want, sort out your message and positioning, improve the places people find you and put a small number of sensible client-attraction strategies into action.

You start getting more of the right enquiries. More of those enquiries turn into clients. We work out what's actually producing results and do more of it.

And by the end of the 30 days, instead of wondering where your next client is going to come from, you've got a straightforward marketing system you understand and can keep using.

Ideally, your practice is as full as you want it to be — or you're well on the way there.

That's what we're aiming for.

Worst case: You join, get access to everything, start working through it and decide during your first 30 days that it isn't right for you.

Tell me and I'll refund your money. You keep all the training you’ve digested.

I think that's a pretty fair deal.

With that said, it's over to you...

Best wishes,

Rob Plevin
