I am in the final stages of my training and will shortly be offering psychotherapy sessions both online and from my home in Armathwaite. I use the Human Givens approach to psychotherapy which combines the latest insights from neuroscience and psychological research with proven therapeutic techniques from a wide range of modalities to provide highly effective interventions tailored to individual clients.
