Hi, I’m Rob.

I’m a psychotherapist-in-training, former teacher trainer and behaviour specialist. I play drums, like being outside, love saunas, meditate most days and enjoy spending time with my family. 

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve:

• written best-selling books,
• built a successful training and coaching business,
• delivered workshops internationally,
• and generated more than £3 million in book and course sales as an author, trainer and business owner.

My Story

For over 20 years, I ran an international teacher training business after a career as a senior Special Ed teacher and Deputy Head. I wrote several education books, spoke at schools and universities around the world, and built a fairly successful training company running courses in behaviour management, stress management and mindfulness.

Alongside that work, I spent many years helping fellow authors, coaches and trainers improve their visibility, positioning and marketing.

In recent years, after training in psychotherapy and becoming more involved in the therapy world, I began noticing the same pattern again and again: Many excellent therapists struggle to become visible and find modern marketing  overwhelming, exhausting, overly technical and deeply inauthentic.

Perhaps you feel the same and don’t want to spend your life posting on social media, wasting money on adverts and trying countless marketing ideas hoping that something will eventually work. 

And you probably feel quietly uncomfortable “selling yourself”, or pushing your services. I used to feel the same and it's something many people struggle with. 

That’s why I created this workshop.

Not to teach pushy internet marketing tactics or manipulative sales techniques — but to share practical, ethical and relationship-driven ways therapists and health professionals can become better known, build trust, and attract more of the right clients naturally.

The approaches I’ll share are designed to help you grow sustainably — and feel really good doing so! - without burning yourself out online or becoming someone you don’t want to be.
