Zendo is for customers who want additional support, access to monthly online web classes plus the opportunity to meditate within a supportive group of likeminded people.
As a Zendo member you will have opportunity to meditate online with Rob, Sally and other members several times a week in morning and evening sessions.
Zendo membership includes:
- Live online group meditation sessions (up to 6 sessions per week)

- Podcasts, interviews and web classes
